Watermelon Mint Acai Popsicles 1/3 cup VEEV 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup fresh mint, torn coarsely 4 cups watermelon, cubed Juice of 2 limes Prep: Blend all ingredients together. Pour into popsicle molds of choice and freeze overnight. Pro Tip: Don’t have popsicle molds? Use mini dixie cups! Pour liquid into dixie cups & insert popsicle stick. Freeze overnight. Peel dixie cup off after frozen.
